At Eyegenie, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows:
- Appointment Cancellation Refunds:
- If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of your payment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
- Service Dissatisfaction Refunds:
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for a review of your case.
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be offered at our discretion.
- Processing of Refunds:
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.
