Refund Policy:

At Eyegenie, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows:

  1. Appointment Cancellation Refunds:
    • If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of your payment.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Service Dissatisfaction Refunds:
    • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for a review of your case.
    • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be offered at our discretion.
  3. Processing of Refunds:
    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
    • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.
